About the event
ReEvolution and it's collaborators created a customer service training designed to prepare participants for success working in the hospitality industry including restaurants, retail, and hotels.
We’ve combined the expertise of several career professionals from the hospitality industry with over 100 years combined experience. From high end shops and restaurants at destinations such as Aspen, CO and Santa Monica, CA as well as the luxury Conrad Hotel Chain by Hilton – you’ll be learning skills to be successful and to enjoy the work. No experience is necessary - if you think would enjoy working with people and are ready to give it a try, come see what it’s all about.
Participation consists of 10 hours of training, an estimated 10 hours of homework, and has the potential for employment placement with The Hilton for those who show an aptitude and good work ethic!
Eligibility: Currently this training is open to formerly incarcerated people living in Los Angeles County.
Time: The next session runs Thursday evenings from 4:30-5:30 pm starting April 6th and completing on June 8th, 2023

Participants will be required to complete a profile registration before the start of the training either in person or online. If you are not able to complete the registration beforehand, please arrive to the first class 30 minutes early to complete on site.
