• Must have been incarcerated in a California State Prison  

• Able to provide your CDCR number

*Not all applications and states are the same. If you have special circumstances, such as a name change, birth country other than the United States, or you're lacking any supporting documents, you are welcome to come by and we will determine best steps forward.

 

While we cannot guarantee an immediate resolution, we have dealt with these circumstances before. Though the road may be longer, you are not the first person to walk it. We will work with you to explore all alternatives and to find the best outcome.

 

Bring any court, medical, or probation/parole paperwork. You can bring credible witnesses, city utility bills, lease agreements or affidavits from transitional house staff, etc.
