DESCTIPTION:
"Tree of Life" is a creative arts workshop for expanding self-understanding & cultivating interpersonal connection. Led by ReEvolution's Expressive Arts Therapy & Counseling Intern, Anna Olinova, this workshop consists of a grounding meditation, guided art-making, and discussion that will aid participants in building an empowered narrative around familial and individual roots and strengths.
*No artistic abilities necessary.
Open to anyone Formerly Incarcerated or System-Impacted (this includes family or loved ones supporting people in reentry). You are encouraged to bring children who are age 10+.
LOCATION:
Taking place on a luscious, private, commercial patio with partial sun and partial shade.
