About the event

ReEvolution and our collaborators created a customer service training designed to prepare participants for success working in the hospitality industry focused in retail, restaurants, and hotels.

We've combined the expertise of several career professionals from the hospitality industry with over 100 years combined experience from high-end shops and restaurants at destinations such as Aspen, CO, and Santa Monica, CA, as well as the luxury Conrad Hotel Chain by Hilton. You'll be learning skills to be successful and to enjoy the work. No experience is necessary. If you think you would like to work with people, come give it a try. Or, if you'd like to sharpen your skills in this area, come see what it's all about. Either way, if you show an aptitude for good service, you could be referred for a job at the Conrad hotel!

The Conrad is Hilton's luxury hotel line with a solid starting wage, benefits, discounts throughout the chain, and a lot of room for growth. This is a fantastic opportunity that folks can use to build a career or an excellent resume builder.

On Wednesday, November 29th, the Conrad is hosting a workshop and oritentation so folks can get a few pointers and learn more about the hotel so you can decide if this is an opportunity you want to pursue. The workshop will consist of resume and interview pointers from the Conrad's hiring team and of course you'll learn more about what it's like to work there. If you decide that the hotel looks like exciting work for you, the next step would be to take our next training, ReEvolutionary Service, which is offered sevearl times a year. The training is open to formerly incarcerated folks living in Los Angeles County.

What do you have to lose? Come check it out!
