Los Angeles Family Dinner

You're invited to Family Dinner!

Our "Family Dinner" is held monthly on the second Saturday of each month. 

Every quarter, we're holding two months in our LA office and one month virtually to include the wider community.

Our next LA Family Dinner is on July 8th from 5-9 pm. To uphold the intention of the circle process, it's important to participate from 6-8 pm. 5-6 pm and 8-9 pm are great times to socialize, eat, etc.

Our "Family Dinner" is intended to be a safe space for people who are formerly incarcerated and those who wish to support them. We eat, we check-in, give/receive support, and share with each other to keep our "family" grounded. For anyone who hasn't come before, we as a community foster a space free of judgment with the aim of lifting each other up. This space is intended for both emotional and logistical support, and for celebration of each other. If nothing else, it's a chance to see some old friends and potentially make new ones. Newcomers are welcome.

We would like to extend an invitation to anyone in our community who would like to facilitate one of our circles, including Family Dinner. If you are called to practice facilitating or want to share something you've found valuable, we invite you to the table. You will be compensated for your time and we’ll support you if you desire. This is a great opportunity for new and seasoned facilitators alike. If you want to know more, hit us up!
