TRAINING
ReEvolution and it's collaborators created a customer service training designed to prepare participants for success working in the hospitality industry including restaurants, retail, and hotels.
We’ve combined the expertise of several career professionals from the hospitality industry with over 100 years combined experience from high-end shops and restaurants at destinations such as Aspen, CO and Santa Monica, CA, as well as the luxury Conrad Hotel Chain by Hilton. You’ll be learning skills to be successful and to enjoy the work. No experience is necessary - if you think you would like to work with people and are ready to give it a try, or if you'd like to sharpen your skills in this area, come see what it’s all about.
Participation consists of 10 hours of training, an estimated 10 hours of homework, and has the potential for employment placement with the Hilton for those who show an aptitude and good work ethic! The training is free and those who complete will receive a certificate of completion.

This training is currently available to formerly incarcerated people living in Los Angeles County.
